Everything you need to know about how we send your order, and what to do if something isn’t right.
Delivery
- Free UK delivery on every order.
- Orders are sent by Royal Mail and are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
- Dry compounds are sealed in labelled pouches; ready-mixed kits are packed upright and sealed to prevent leaks.
Returns: changed your mind?
You can return any unopened item within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Because our fertilisers are sealed chemical products, we can’t accept returns of pouches or bottles once the seal has been opened.
- Email us at shrimphubuk@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
- We’ll reply with the returns address and instructions.
- Once the unopened item arrives back with us, we’ll refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged, leaking, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won’t pay anything for the return.
Your legal rights
None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
